Return Policy

We want you to love your copy of “Austin's Music Scene.” If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements:

Books must be in new, unread condition with no markings or damage
Original packaging preferred but not required
Please include your order number with the return

How to Return:

Contact us at support@thunderhouse.co with your order number to initiate a return. We'll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Returns for online orders from https://thunderhouse.co should be shipped to: Givington's, ATTN: Thunderhouse, 1175 Pump Station Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72701

Refund Process:

You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item. We'll send you a replacement at no cost and cover return shipping for the damaged item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If an item is damaged, your purchase will be refunded —not replaced.

Books Purchased in Stores:

Books purchased at retail locations (Antone's Record Shop, Waterloo Records, Book People, etc.) should be returned directly to the store following their return policies.
